Refund policy

We want you to absolutely love your purchase from Tan Swimwear & Activewear.

We know online shopping can be tricky so we’re here to help. 

We accept returns of our products only in case of a sizing issue. If you'd like to return items, please send us an email on contact@tanwear.in within 7 days from the day of delivery. Don't forget to indicate your order number and the email address associated with the order. We will revert to you on how to proceed.

We request the swimsuit to be returned in its original packaging and condition with all the tags and labels. Please note that if the product is washed, worn, damaged, with deodorant, perfume, make-up stains or without the sanitary protection label, we will not be able to accept your return. Your product shall qualify for a refund (in the form of store credits) only once it has undergone quality control checks by our team.

Please note that return shipping costs, custom & duties are the responsibility of the customer. Once you have contacted us about the return, we will issue a return pick up through our shipping partner. You may directly pay the charges to the delivery agent at the time of pick up. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide free return shipping.

We'll offer you a store credit of the value of the products purchased and thereby returned, which will be added to your TAN wallet and can be used to purchase your preferred size/style once the product has undergone QC check and qualifies for a refund. If you need any help on sizing or styling using your Store Credit, you can get in touch with us via email. We’re happy to help!

If an item is out of stock, please sign up by clicking on the “notify me” button in the product page for the Product’s “back in stock” email notifications to stay informed on when it will be back! 

Your store credit is valid for 12 months so you can be sure that if there isn’t something you want to use it on right now, there certainly will be within the year.
